A captivating and engaging speaker, Stuart will lead us through the Directors Conference and speak across several parts about his own ideas on The Power of Disruption through the principles of his Live BIG® programme.

Paul Barron, CBE

CEO and Co-Founder, Human Alchemy

Paul was appointed CEO of NATS in June 2004 and retired in 2010. He was previously UK President of ABB ALSTOM Power, Managing Director of ALSTOM Transport UK and became President of ALSTOM UK in 2000. Now Co-Founder of business development organisation Human Alchemy, Paul is enjoying sharing and applying his expert knowledge and experience of business transformation with other businesses, through consultancy assignments, speaking engagements and mentoring.

Dean is Founder of CityX, the business publication for Lincolnshire and the surrounding area; and Director of Stonebow Media the publishing house behind The Lincolnite.  Dean has been at the forefront of digital disruption of local media for the past 5 years.

Neil Corner

Managing Director, Siemens Lincoln

Having previously worked for Siemens for 19 years, Neil was appointed Manager Director to the city’s largest private employer in October 2014. He is a well-known and respected business leader within the county due to him working closely with the Greater Lincolnshire Economic Partnership and the University of Lincoln on various projects.

Angela Andrews

CEO, City of Lincoln Council

For more than 30 years, Angela has only ever worked for the City of Lincoln Council. Now in the official position of Chief Executive, Angela has big plans for the future of the city and has been a key player in the Greater Lincolnshire Devolution plans as well as being in charge of Lincoln’s newly opened £30 million Transport Hub.

Cllr Colin Davie

Executive Councillor, Economy and Place

Colin is the Executive Councillor for Economic Development, Environment, Strategic Planning and Tourism at Lincoln Council and Director and board member of the GLLEP. Outside of his council responsibilities he runs a successful International concerts and events business specialising in staging events in India, Middle and far East.

Matt Chadder

Russell Copley

Managing Director, Greenborough Management

Russell Copley is owner and Director of Greenborough Management, a business development and project management company with a team of eight across Derby and Lincoln, founded thirteen years ago. He is also Chief Executive of the East Midlands Incubation Network; Regional Manager for Angels Den (Europe’s largest network of business angels);  and has been managing a number of business support initiatives across Lincolnshire in recent years, including the Lincolnshire Investment Network (LIN) and work on various grant funds.

Peter Watson

Peter has been working in marketing since the ripe old age of 16.
